losing my weight with no intention of finding it.

Jan. 4- today i binged. okay, i guess it wasnt a binge, but it was bad. for lunch i bought at school so i had chicken tenders and fries. i didnt buy a big cookie(which i used to aLWAYS get) and then when i got home i had 2 choc. chip biscottis. so lesson learned, i eat bad when i dont get enough sleep(went to bed way to late last night) and i barely had breakfast.

Jan. 9- uhg. this weekend was awful. i ate shitttttt the whole time. my weighin tomorrow is gonna be awful. well, ill weigh myelf, and get back on track.

Feb. 4- so i decided to not weigh myself until my birthday, march 1. hopefully this is a good idea, i really wanna kick my ass this month. if i was at 145 by my birthday id be s-o0o0o happy.
